Your SalonHub360 plan is billed separately — see Plans & Billing. There's no commission on top of the card rate.

When this applies: SalonHub360 collects the rates and fees on this page starting on the date in the fee notice sent to your account owner — or from the day you sign up, if you joined after that date.

A quick example

On a $100 service paid online (for example, a booking paid in advance), the fee is $3.50 (3.2% of $100 = $3.20, plus 30¢). You receive $96.50.

How the fee is taken

  • The fee is deducted from each payment before it's paid out to you. You never get a separate bill for it.
  • For in-person payments with a tip, the rate applies to the full amount charged, including the tip.

About refunds and disputes

  • Refunds cost nothing extra to issue, but the processing fee on the original payment isn't returned when you refund it.
  • Chargebacks (when a client's bank reverses a payment) hold the disputed amount from your balance while the bank reviews the case, and return it to you if the dispute is decided in your favor (a decision partly in your favor returns part of it). You pay a dispute fee equal to what our payment processor charges for it — currently about $15 in the US — deducted from your balance by our processor, or collected with your later card fees. If you contest a dispute, our payment processor also charges an additional contest fee — currently $15. It may be taken from your balance when your response is submitted, or collected with your later card fees. You get it back (or are never charged it) only if the dispute is decided fully in your favor; if you lose or only partly win, you pay it. Clear policies and accurate service records help you avoid disputes — see Chargebacks & disputes.

Tip: Standard payouts are free — paid weekly (Mondays) on Starter, every business day on Growth and above, usually arriving about 2 business days after they're sent. If you ever want your money sooner, Instant Payouts are available anytime for 1.7% of the amount paid out.
