Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing & Plans whenever you like — there’s no contract and no cancellation fee. You can end your subscription right away or let the current period run out first, your choice.
What do card payments cost?
2.9% + 15¢ for in-person payments and 3.2% + 30¢ for online payments, deposits and cards on file. Cards typed in by hand are 3.8% + 30¢, and international cards add 1.5%. The fee comes out of each payment before your payout, and it’s the same whichever paid plan you’re on. SalonHub360 never takes a commission on your bookings, sales or tips. Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime, from Billing & Plans. Move up when you add staff or want something from a higher tier, or move down if your team gets smaller — there’s no lock-in period either way.
How does staff counting work?
Your plan’s staff limit counts active staff profiles — the people who show up on your calendar and take appointments. Your own owner login doesn’t use a seat unless you also add yourself as a staff member, and deactivating someone frees their seat back up. Limits run 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 8 on Growth and 20 on Premium (plus a 2nd location) — Enterprise is custom.
What’s included on the Free plan?
Free is for getting started: a booking page, an appointment calendar and email reminders for 1 staff member, with up to 5 services and 15 bookings a month. It doesn’t take card payments — upgrade to Starter or above to take cards and deposits (Tap to Pay is coming soon), with unlimited bookings.
What happens when I reach 15 bookings on Free?
New online bookings pause until the 1st of next month, and clients see your phone number so they can still reach you. Everything you’ve already booked stays put. We’ll email you at 12 and at 15, and you can upgrade any time for unlimited bookings.
Can I take card payments on Free?
No. Card payments and deposits start on Starter (Tap to Pay, coming soon, will too). On Free you can still record cash and other payments you take in person.
Where do I find receipts for my subscription?
Once you’re on a paid plan, every invoice and receipt for your subscription is available anytime from Billing & Plans, under Manage Billing.
