Each appointment card shows the service, date and time, the salon and provider, and a status such as Confirmed, Awaiting salon confirmation, Completed, Cancelled, or Missed. On an upcoming visit, tap Add to calendar to download it to your phone or computer's calendar.
Book again
To book another visit with a salon you've been to, tap Book again on a past visit, or Rebook on a cancelled one. To find a new salon, open Discover — see Clients: How to book an appointment online.
Reschedule or cancel an appointment
-
Open the appointment from your Upcoming tab to see its full details.
-
If the salon's policy allows it at this point, you'll see Reschedule and Cancel buttons. Tap Reschedule to pick a new time, or tap Cancel to open the cancellation confirmation.
Note: Most salons set a cancellation policy — for example, free cancellation up to a set number of hours before your appointment, with a possible fee for late changes. You agreed to this policy when you booked, and it's what decides whether Reschedule and Cancel are available this close to your appointment. If they're not, a note explains why — reach out to the salon directly instead.
Tip: Have a question instead of a change to make? Send a quick note from Clients: Message your salon.
